Creating a world-class foreshore promenade
at Airlie Beach.
The Outrigger Airlie Beach Resort will provide the people of
Whitsunday Shire with quality, value-adding infrastructure.
The proposed development will add an extra 2,000 square metres
of public space to the Airlie Beach park precinct. It will unify
two orphaned sections of public space currently intersected
by Airlie Creek and provide Airlie Beach with a world-class
foreshore promenade freely accessible by locals and tourists.
